The Carmel Utilities drive up drop box in the south parking lot at the City Hall building, 1 Civic Square, is out of service indefinitely while plans are made to replace the structure. Due to deterioration and long use, the structure has become compromised and is no longer able to securely hold customer payments. Payments can be dropped at the Carmel Utilities Administrative offices located at 30 W Main St, Ste 220. Carmel Utilities will post updates to this project and announce the re-opening of the drop box in this important information box when those details are known.
