Request for Meter Install

Please note that a request for meter install cannot be performed same day as the request. Meter installs must be requested 24 hours in advance. Installs will be performed Monday through Friday during business hours. If the location is commercial, backflow must be installed prior to any meter set. If the install request is an emergency due to a failed well, please contact Carmel Utilities Water Operations at 317-733-2855. Failure to request with enough lead time is not deemed to be an emergency.
